1. About Us
Janki Papad is a home-based food business operating from Dabhan, Gujarat, India (PIN 387320). We sell handmade Gujarati farsaan (snacks) including Mathiya, Chorafali, Papdi, and Papad online via jankipapad.com and WhatsApp.
2. Products
- All products are made fresh in small batches without preservatives.
- Product images are representative. Actual appearance may vary slightly due to the handmade nature of the products.
- Weights mentioned (500g, 1kg, 5kg, 10kg) are approximate and may vary by ±2–3%.
- All products are vegetarian. Ingredients are listed on packaging.
3. Ordering
- Orders can be placed via our website checkout or WhatsApp.
- An order is confirmed only after payment is received (for online orders) or after our team confirms availability (for WhatsApp orders).
- We reserve the right to cancel an order if a product is unavailable, with a full refund issued promptly.
- Minimum order value may apply for certain delivery locations.
4. Pricing
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order weight and delivery location.
- Prices may change without prior notice. Orders are billed at the price shown at the time of checkout.
5. Payment
- Online payments are processed securely via Razorpay. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets.
- We do not store card details on our servers.
- Cash on delivery may be available for select pincodes — contact us on WhatsApp to confirm.
- Payment must be completed before order dispatch for online orders.
6. Shipping & Delivery
- We ship pan India. Delivery timelines are 3–5 days within Gujarat and 5–10 days for other states.
- Shipping charges: ₹40/kg within Gujarat, ₹70/kg outside Gujarat (minimum 1kg charged).
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, or remote locations.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping partner once the order is dispatched.
- Risk of loss passes to the customer upon handover to the shipping carrier.
7. Returns & Refunds
Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details. In summary:
- We accept returns only for damaged or incorrect items reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- Food products cannot be returned for reasons of personal taste preference once opened.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on jankipapad.com — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Janki Papad. You may not reproduce, copy, or use any content without prior written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
Janki Papad's liability is limited to the value of the order placed. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or website.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Anand, Gujarat, India.
