Delivery Coverage

Janki Papad ships to all cities and towns across India. We are committed to bringing authentic Gujarati snacks to your doorstep, no matter where you are in the country. We currently do not ship internationally.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. We prepare your snacks fresh and pack them with care to ensure maximum freshness upon delivery. Orders are typically dispatched by the next business day after payment confirmation.

Delivery Timeline

Delivery times vary based on your location:

  • Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata): 3-5 business days
  • Tier 1 Cities: 4-7 business days
  • Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 5-10 business days
  • Remote Areas: 10-14 business days

These timelines are estimates and may vary depending on local holidays, weather conditions, and courier partner availability. Peak seasons (festivals, holidays) may result in longer delivery times.

Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight:

  • Orders under 1kg: ₹40
  • Each additional kilogram: ₹40

Example: An order weighing 2.5kg would cost ₹120 (₹40 base + ₹40 for 1kg + ₹40 for the additional 0.5kg). Check your cart for exact shipping charges before checkout.

Packaging & Freshness

Your order is packed in food-grade airtight pouches to preserve the crunch and freshness of our snacks. Each package is sealed carefully to protect against moisture and ensure the product reaches you in perfect condition. We use eco-friendly packaging materials wherever possible.

Delivery Address

Ensure that your delivery address is complete and accurate. Please include:

  • Your full name
  • Complete residential address
  • Landmark (if available)
  • City, state, and correct pincode
  • Contact number for the delivery partner

We are not responsible for delivery delays or failure to deliver if the address provided is incomplete or incorrect.

Damaged or Missing Items

In the rare event that your package arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us immediately with:

  • Your order number
  • Photographs of the damaged package/items
  • A description of the issue

We will investigate and provide a replacement or refund within 3-5 business days of receiving your report. Please report issues within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Undelivered Packages

If a package is undelivered due to an incorrect address or the recipient refusing delivery, it will be returned to us. You will be contacted to arrange redelivery or process a refund. Redelivery charges may apply if the address was provided incorrectly by the customer.

Payment on Delivery (COD)

We currently accept online payments only through Razorpay. Cash on Delivery is not available. Please ensure payment is made before your order is dispatched.
