Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund or replacement in the following situations:

  • Damaged Product: If your order arrives damaged or broken despite our careful packaging
  • Wrong Item Delivered: If we accidentally send you a different product than what you ordered
  • Product Quality Issue: If the product does not meet our quality standards upon delivery (unusual taste, stale condition, quality defects)
  • Missing Items: If items from your order are missing upon delivery

Refund Timeline

Refund Eligibility Period: You have 48 hours from the delivery date to report any issues and request a refund or replacement.

Processing Time: Once we receive and verify your claim, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method (bank account or credit/debit card).

Refund Status: Bank transfers may take an additional 3-5 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank. We will notify you once the refund has been initiated.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund or replacement, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide Evidence: Send clear photographs of the damaged/defective product, packaging, and any issues

  5. Resolution: We will either arrange a replacement shipment or process your refund

Replacement Option

Instead of a refund, we offer to send you a replacement product at no additional cost. Most customers prefer replacements as they arrive quickly. We will ship the replacement product within 2-3 business days of approval. You are not required to return the damaged product unless we specifically request it.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will NOT be processed in the following cases:

  • Change of Mind: Orders cancelled after dispatch or delivery due to personal preference are not eligible for refunds
  • Personal Taste Preference: If you ordered a product but don't like the taste (since taste is subjective)
  • Allergies/Dietary Restrictions: If you ordered without checking the product ingredients and later find it unsuitable for your dietary needs
  • No Claim within 48 Hours: If you don't report issues within 48 hours of delivery, we cannot process a refund
  • Consumed Product: If the product has been partially or fully consumed, we cannot accept a refund (though we may still offer a replacement)
  • Courier Mishandling: If the package is lost by the courier partner after delivery to your city (in this case, the courier company is liable)

Product Storage & Shelf Life

Our handmade snacks are prepared fresh and contain no preservatives. Proper storage is essential to maintain quality:

  • Storage: Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place
  • Shelf Life: 20-30 days from the date of delivery (unopened, properly stored)
  • After Opening: Consume within 3-5 days of opening for best taste and crunchiness
  • Monsoon Season: Due to humidity, snacks should be consumed earlier during monsoon months

We are not responsible for quality degradation due to improper storage or extended shelf time.

Bulk Orders & Corporate Gifts

Return Shipping

For refund or replacement claims, you typically do not need to return the product unless we specifically request it due to quality concerns requiring investigation. In such cases, we will provide you with a prepaid return label or arrange courier pickup at our cost.

Refund Method

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase:

  • Online Payment: Refund will be credited back to your bank account if you paid via Razorpay
  • Processing Duration: It may take 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after processing
